PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING Canceling your appointment must be done 24hrs or more before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel 24hrs ahead of time, the card on file will be charged a $25 cancelation fee. BOOKING RULES There is an NON-REFUNDABLE $25 booking deposit required at the time of booking appointment for styles $100 and up ONLY. The card on file WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. The remainder of service amount cost will be due the day of the appointment. The deposit goes towards the hair service only. Also, the original NON REFUNDABLE booking fee can not be used as a credit towards next appointment if you cancel instead of reschedule. In order, not to forfeit your booking deposit please reschedule appointment 48hrs( 2 days) before original appointment. If there's no rescheduling done 48hrs a head time the original booking deposit is forfeited and new booking deposit is required to schedule another appointment. All payments made to Her Glory Hair Studio LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE. Be sure to read the description under the service you are booking. Please, list any ALLERGIES in the contact section. If any allergies is not listed I am NOT LIABLE or responsible to restyle or repair a service due to an allergic reaction. NO same day appointment or NO walk-ins. Confirmed appointments ONLY. In person or over the phone consultation are recommended. SALON SUITE GUIDELINES (non-negotiable) FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED VACCINATED OR NOT AND MUST BE ON DURING THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT. No extra guests or children. Children are allowed only if they are the client getting the service. Work materials are welcomed, like laptops. WIFI IS AVAILABLE. Snack/beverages are complementary as well. GRACE PERIOD: There is an 15 minutes period to make it to your appointment. If you are 20 minutes or more late, your appointment WILL BE CANCELED. Being on time and prepared is strongly suggested. Totally, understand things happen, that are not in our control, but please communicate with me by calling, if you are running late for any reason. NO CALL-NO SHOW: If there is no communication through a call, you will forfeit your booking fee. THE CARD LISTED WILL BE CHARGED 25% CANCELATION FEE. If there's a no call no show, client will be unable to book in the future. HAIR PREP BEFORE APPOINTMENT: HAIR MUST BE WASHED, FULLY DRY, STRETCHED AND DETANGLED before arriving to appointment. That's only if you did not book add on service of shampoo/condition, you are required to come with hair already prep and ready. If you arrive with unwashed, matted and tangled hair, you will be encouraged to book an add-on service such as wash/conditions blow dry. Failure to book that services as an add- on, services WILL NOT CONTINUE ON UNWASHED HAIR. You will be required to reschedule another appointment. If you booked service with add-on service of shampoo/condition then your previous style must be taken down and detangled. Arriving to appointment with your previous style, you will forfeit your booking fee and will have to book another appointment. It's strongly suggested to come as required to avoid any confusion.
